We’re looking for a driven sales professional to help buy-ready organisations understand the value of Custom Code Intelligence and turn interest into booked conversations and closed engagements.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed engagement
  • Translate deep technical capability into clear business value for CIOs, CTOs and transformation leads
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline in the CRM
  • Run discovery and coordinate demos with our experts
  • Work closely with Professional Services to scope engagements

Your profile

  • Experience selling B2B software or technical services to enterprise buyers
  • Comfortable with technical subject matter and senior stakeholders
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
  • Fluent German and English
  • Self-directed, structured, and credible in front of buyers

Compensation

For this full-time position the minimum gross salary under the Austrian IT collective agreement (IT-KV), employment group ST2 (regular step), is EUR 4,611.00 per month (paid 14× per year). We are committed to a market-competitive overpayment based on your qualifications and experience.

International Sales Partner (commission-based)

International · Remote · self-employed · Commission-based sales partner (freelance agent)

We’re expanding internationally and looking for self-employed sales partners and commercial agents who already have trusted access to enterprise IT, SAP or transformation decision-makers in their market — and want to add a category-defining product to their portfolio on a commission basis.

What you’ll do

  • Open doors to enterprise and SAP decision-makers in your region
  • Position Custom Code Intelligence and qualify genuine opportunities
  • Coordinate demos and hand over to our experts for the technical sale
  • Build a repeatable referral and resale motion in your market
  • Represent Sysparency credibly and in line with our brand

Your profile

  • An established self-employed agent, consultant or boutique with an enterprise IT / SAP network
  • A track record of B2B software or services sales in your market
  • Existing, trusted relationships with IT and transformation buyers
  • Professional, autonomous and comfortable owning your own pipeline
  • Fluent in your local business language and in English

Compensation

Commission-based engagement: an attractive, uncapped commission per closed deal, agreed individually in your sales-partner contract. This is a self-employed (freelance agent) engagement, not an employment relationship.
